Job Details: The House Supervisor RN provides clinical leadership ensuring the mission, vision, and values of Lakeview are supported through the clinical services provided. Participates in planning, organizing, directing and facilitating the clinical and programming operations to ensure regulatory compliance. Nurtures a person-centered and resident-directed culture. Registered Nurse (RN) preferred. CPR certification required. Specialized training or experience in geriatric nursing preferred. 1-2 years of long-term care and supervisory experience preferred Possesses an empathetic approach to the elderly. Able to work in a team setting with residents, relatives, staff, and others.
