Who you are: As a Registered Nurse (RN) in Catholic Medical Center's (CMC) Hooksett Primary Care Office, you will play a vital role in delivering comprehensive healthcare services to patients in a primary care setting. You will work collaboratively with Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to provide preventative care, health maintenance, patient education, and treatment for acute and chronic health conditions. Ask me about whether you qualify for a bonus What you'll do: Assess patients' physical and psychosocial status based on interview, examination and review of clinical data. Employing your critical thinking skills to solve problems and achieve patient outcomes Demonstrate proficiency in assessing, responding and adapting plan of care to meet the needs of the patient population served by the CMC. You will serve as a mentor for your team You'll have the opportunity to join various clinical committees to help drive exceptional care and create positive outcomes for our patients What you'll bring: 2 years of experience as a RN, preferably in a medical/surgical environment Current unencumbered RN license in the State of NH Certified in a specialty area preferred American Heart Association BLS certification required Graduate from an approved school of nursing Successfully complete Department of Transportation (DOT) Materials training within 90 days of start date.
