An RN Fellow at Providence St Joseph Health will experience a guided transition into their new specialty through structured curriculum, experienced preceptors and hands-on learning. If you are an RN ready to transition to a new specialty and have more than 12 months of continuous RN work experience, the Providence Clinical Academy is for you. Full-Time, Day Shift available. $5,000 Sign-on Bonus for eligible candidates who meet all conditions for payment - this is in addition to the fantastic benefits and compensation package offered by Providence that begin on your first day of employment.
