Overview As our Family Medicine Clinic Nurse at Dignity Health Yavapai Regional Medical Group, you will help patients receive quality care and improve their overall health outcomes. Every day, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, including administering medications, assisting with procedures, and providing patient education. You will be expected to maintain accurate patient records, communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team members, and ensure patient safety and satisfaction. To be successful in this role, you must be knowledgeable in the field of family medicine, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you must be able to use electronic health records and other clinical software programs. Responsibilities We are offering $10K in relocation to new hires who meet the eligibility requirements. Directly participate in patient care with patient evaluation and triage. Develop relationships with the patients we serve and their families. Be a part of a family oriented environment Collaborate and be supported by an exceptional Provider Care team Mentor and provide ongoing training on Medical Assistant Competence Provide patient education (such as self injections, diabetes management) Coordinates, supervises and implements patient care based on competence, professional expertise, knowledge and evidence-based practice. Practice autonomously, consistent with professional standards, Nurse Practice Act and hospital job description. Input, extract, and evaluate data for meaningful use and patient centered medical home. Responsible for direct patient care, to include rooming, obtaining vitals, patient assessment & education, and discharge planning. Qualifications Minimum Associate degree of Nursing or foreign equivalent. Completion of RN program Greater than two years of RN experience AZ RN license or RN License from a Compact State required American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS). Communication Team building Clinical competency pursuant to department requirements Preferred BSN Team leader or coordinator Greater than two years of outpatient/ambulatory facility experience Bi-lingual Leadership Proficient with MS Office programs
