Our Director of Operations will be an invaluable part of our team with the responsibility for the overall direction of our home health clinical services. The Director of Operations will have overall responsibility for the quality, adequacy of services provided, and supervision of staff. The Director of Operations establishes, implements, and evaluates goals and objectives for home health services that meet and promote the standards of quality. RN Director of Operations Responsibilities: Oversees & manages office and clinical operations Client management After hours clinical phone management Inquiry calls & client conversion Run case management meetings to include preparing the agenda and reporting Oversee scheduling Triaging new clients for the Case Managers Follow-up on client complaints Attend case conferences Teach orientation to new employees Establish and maintain clinical policies & procedures Review care notes Hold 7-day touchpoints with clients Arrange and execute 1 on 1's with direct reports Prepare and teach in-services Contribute to the monthly newsletters Oversee Quality Joint Commission Survey readiness RN Director of Operations Requirements: Current unrestricted RN license in the state of Utah Must be knowledgeable of nursing practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to Home Care Proven ability to lead and manage a diverse team Operations management experience in a healthcare setting required Certified CPR & negative TB skin test or chest x-ray - may obtain after hire Empathy for the needs of the client Treats clients, staff, and the public with courtesy, respect Presents a positive public image.
