RN / Director of Nursing

Seeking a Top notch, quality-obsessed, team-oriented, and compassionate nurse leader. The Director of Nursing is responsible for the overall clinical operation of the Hospice agency. This role oversees the dynamic interdisciplinary team and ensures compliance and excellent patient care.Key responsibilities involve budgetary, management, leading the activities of the nursing team, providing clinical direction, and ensuring compliant growth and profitability of the agency. This individual drives team work, leads by example, is not afraid to jump in if necessary, and has a focus on quality care.Requirements Include:Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing with the State.Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred.One year+ recent and direct experience in providing home health care, or hospice nursing preferred.Previous nurse management or supervisory experienceExceptional Salary and Benefits include: Paid time off Health insurance Dental insurance and so much more.
