Minimum Education: Associate Degree Nursing

Preferred Education : Bachelors Degree Nursing

Required License/Registration: WV RN License, BLS Certification ACLS & PALS required within one year of employment.

Experience and Required Skills : Hemodialysis and/or ICU experience preferred, Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) preferred or obtained within 1 year of hiring complete Tablo-Outset Education modules upon hiring and any other requirement for new employee such as Lippincott, etc.

The registered Nurse Clinical Coordinator Dialysis will be responsible for planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating patient care. The RN coordinates, delegates, provides, direct nursing care for patients and oversees the daily functions of the Dialysis Staff. The RN provides supervision for patient team members in accordance with their level of training and the patient's acuity. Reports to Chief Nursing Offer.

Pay: From $33.10 per hour

Expected hours: 80 per week
