The Charge Registered Nurse - PACU independently cares for a sub-specialty group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards.
- Proficient in the care of a patient population utilizing effective managerial skills
- Acts as a professional role model for other members of the nursing team
- Responsible for developing self and team members and sharing organizational information
- Performs the role of preceptor and charge nurse
For this position, we strongly prefer at least 1 year RN experience in PACU or Critical Care.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse license
- BLS certification with the American Red Cross or American Heart Association
- ACLS certification with American Heart Association
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- 18 months critical care experience in an acute care setting (PACU or Critical Care Unit)
- Preferred Certification - CPAN
