The Care Management Program Manager leads the hospital's home and community-based care management programs focused on improving the health of Howard County residents. The Program Manager is responsible for all aspects of managing programs, including planning, implementation, evaluation, related budget activities, monitoring performance, creating opportunities for continuous quality improvement and program growth/expansion.

Who should apply:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Master's degree in Nursing, Public Health, Administration or related field preferred.
  • BSN or Bachelor's degree in a health care related field and prior care management experience required.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in public health or in a community setting. Minimum eight years of experience if no Master's degree.
  • At least one of the years of experience must have been in an administrative, supervisory, consultative or teaching capacity.
  • Current licensure as a RN by the State of Maryland or licensure in a compact state that allows practice in Maryland.
  • Must obtain CPR certification within 60 days of hire and maintain thereafter.
