Trusted Staffe is partnering with a leading Level II Trauma Center in Mission Viejo, CA, to find compassionate and experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for their Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU). Your Role as an RN in the CICU:
- Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' cardiac and overall health status, identifying and responding to changes in condition.
- Critical Care Interventions: Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and provide specialized care to patients with critical cardiac conditions.
- Advanced Procedures: Assist with and perform advanced procedures such as hemodynamic monitoring, arterial line management, and ventilator management.
- Family-Centered Care: Collaborate with families to develop and implement individualized care plans, providing education and support throughout their loved one's recovery.
- Collaboration: Work as an integral member of the multidisciplinary team, communicating effectively with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
Qualifications:
- Required:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Provider ACLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.
- 1 year of nursing experience.
- Preferred:
- 1 year of ICU experience is strongly preferred.
