Job Summary Assists the Director and/or supervisor with monitoring the organization quality improvement programs and processes. Also assists with aggregation and analysis of data from various databases to facilitate development and support of best practices and evidence-based medicine. Participates in committees and teams to address Performance Improvement initiatives for the organization, including the Medical Staff as required. Executes project tasks related to Performance Improvement across departments. Assists Director and/or supervisor with medical staff monitoring functions and hospital wide quality improvement programs. Job Requirements Minimum Education Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing (Diploma, AD, BSN) Minimum Work Experience 3 years of recent hospital-setting experience Required Licenses/Certifications Registered Nurse Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Compile and analyze reports Develop program procedures as required Compose letters/memoranda Develop and compile statistical data Monitor program indicators Input data into computer programs Use computerized spreadsheets to conduct analysis May participate in or lead Performance Improvement teams Designated Driver Yes OSHA Category 2 - Medium Risk Job Summary Assists the Director and/or supervisor with monitoring the organization's quality improvement programs and processes.
