We are seeking a Risk Placement Specialist to join our Commercial Lines team. As a Risk Placement Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and managing potential risks as it relates to commercial lines insurance.

Job Details

Responsibilities:
1. Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential business risks.
2. Research and analyze insurance markets to determine the best policies for our company's needs.
3. Review insurance proposals and negotiate terms and conditions on behalf of the company.
4. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand the company's objectives and risk tolerance.
5. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize potential losses.
6. Provide expert advice and guidance on commercial lines insurance.
7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance regulations, industry trends, and best practices.
8. Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored risk management solutions.
9. Prepare detailed reports on risk assessment findings and recommendations for management.
10. Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance providers.

Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the insurance industry.
2. Proven experience with Commercial Lines Insurance, analyzing insurance coverage, insurance risk assessment, researching insurance markets, and reviewing insurance proposals.
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and information.
4. Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and risk management software.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
8. A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field is preferred.
9. Active Florida P&C License, preferably 2-20, but will consider 4-40.
