Risk Management Framework Lead Location: Fort Knox, Kentucky Seeking a Risk Management Framework Lead with experience in Risk Management Framework (RMF) concepts, understanding of each process phase, and who understands DoD and Army Cybersecurity policies in support of U.S. Army Human Resources Command (HRC), Staff G6, Cybersecurity Division (CSD) located at Fort Knox, Kentucky This position is contingent upon contract award. Job Responsibilities:
• Provide technical and Cybersecurity guidance while supporting the HRC Information System Security Manager (ISSM)
• Manage eMASS records and cyber security-controlled artifacts
• Maintain required RMF documentation in eMASS for all HRC systems and ensure that the documentation is kept up-to-date and that all RMF requirements have been met and Cybersecurity guidance from higher is followed
• Manage system vulnerabilities and associated Risk Management Documents (Plans of Actions and Milestones (POA&Ms), Risk Acceptance Documents, and Waivers
• Provide guidance to technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) based on Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) meeting policy requirements
• Maintain excellent working relationships with end-users and every information technology (IT) team within HRC
• Perform gap analysis, Cloud Security Services, and Continuous Monitoring of HRC networks and systems
• Optimize processes to meet IT security related goals and strategies Required Skills:
• Experience with the Army's Risk Management Framework
• eMass experience
• Experience with STIGs
• Contractor may be required to travel during the performance of this contract to attend meetings, support conferences, attend workshops, and to provide and receive training
• Must be 8570.1 Compliant
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Must hold an Active DoD Secret Security Clearance Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cyber Security, or related field
• Minimum of ten (10) years of Cybersecurity experience
• Five (5) years of experience working with the Army's RMF management package Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS)
