SKILLS AND CERTIFICATIONS Bachelor Degree in related field
5 to 7 years of Clinical experience or Risk Management experience
3 years of leadership experience Responsible for planning and directing the Risk Management and Loss Prevention programs from an operational perspective.
Education
Baccalaureate Degree required in related field, BSN preferred.
Experience
Five (5) to seven (7) years clinical experience or Risk Management experience required. Minimum three (3) years leadership experience in related field required.
Technical Skills
Computer proficiency to include word processing, spreadsheet, and database.
License/Certification
Current RN license in the state of Nevada if Registered Nurse. Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM) preferred.
Other
Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide service appropriate to the age of the patient.
