About this Position:

This position is responsible for making decisions needed to manage our Rider Ed Centers (4) in CA, TX, OH and GA. This team member will be in charge of transforming these four national Rider Education Centers to Rider Experience Centers promoting safe and responsible riding while growing the Honda Brand engagement with Gen Y/Z riders into the future. Additionally, this position will support the PSP Sales Events and Programs by planning and organizing complex requests/projects to strategically meet business demands within budget and on time.


Responsibilities include:

  • Manage the Colton/Alpharetta Rider Training Center, including STMC / CHP Site
  • Administer/Manage Rider Education and Safety Training for Retail Customers at 4 training centers in the US (CA, TX, OH and GA). Focus on retention and growth.
  • Oversee Additional Safety and Rider Education Activities and trade associations - AHM contact with MIC-MSF/SVIA and RHOVA
  • Conduct Facility inspections and direct repairs at all 4 centers
  • Administrative functions such as Rider Ed dealer billing, Ordering Product, Budgeting, PDCA, and Temporary Hiring
  • Support the Sales Promotion function through program tracking, report generation, data entry and system maintenance
  • Determine eligibility for the Dealer Loan Program for our 970+ dealers and maintain competitive program


Who we are seeking:

Required Work Experience:

  • 7 years powersports product experience
  • 5 years Marketing/PSP training experience
  • Excel and power point proficiency
  • History presenting ideas/plans to management
  • PSP background - preferred OE, or dealership experience
  • Fully licensed with MC endorsement

Required Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Desired skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

  • Strong planning, communication, and organization skills. Ability to self-start and self-manage.
