RF Antenna Engineer II with Security Clearance

Our firm is seeking a qualified and motivated individual to support our customer in Fort Meade, Maryland as a RF Antenna Engineer who will be responsible for:
Maintaining adversary knowledge to create and or recommend solutions to various DoD customers
Measuring prototype performance, analyze and possess debug skills. Designing radio antenna products for various ranges of the RF spectrum. Simulating simple (singular antenna and system) structures and evaluate by measurement to validate simulated structures. Performing root cause analysis of antenna systems and performance issues. Carrying out optimization techniques (proper antenna selection for optimal horizontal/vertical performance, mechanical/electrical tilting, appropriate transmit power setting, antenna clearance, neighbor list analysis, etc.) for optimal performance. Using antenna design tools and experience to analyze PCB, sheet metal, cast antenna elements and antenna arrays Designing, developing, & testing antenna products through the RF spectrum. Building complex (multiple antennas and multiple systems) simulated structures and evaluate by measurement to validate simulated structures. Using root cause analysis of antenna systems and performance issues, provide various recommended corrective actions Education/Experience Requirements:
Bachelor of Science from a four-year college in Engineering.
Fourteen (14) years of work experience in antenna design for RF systems. Experience in DoD systems is preferred. Security Clearance with an appropriate agency Polygraph is required.
