We're seeking a dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to spearhead our continued growth and success.
Qualifications:
Do you have what it takes to lead with confidence and drive operational excellence?
- Demonstrated experience in managing teams, driving organizational change, and motivating members in a senior leadership role for a minimum of 5 years.
- 4 years of estimating experience. Field-related technical experience is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in a related area or relevant experience at a 1:1 ratio.
- Extensive knowledge and experience with the principles, best practices, and techniques relevant to the construction industry.
- Proven ability to analyze and interpret information to find appropriate solutions to issues and initiate alternatives to ensure effective change and/or mitigate potential negative effects.

- Oversee daily field and office operations while working in tandem with our foremen to ensure successful project execution.
- Successfully decipher blueprints and job site conditions, providing detailed estimates.
- Collaborate with the business development manager to continue marketing efforts.
- Foster deep connections with potential clientele and current partners, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns.
- Work with the office administrator to oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure optimal resource allocation and cost control.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to drive advancement, improve efficiency, and achieve business objectives.
- Identify growth opportunities and market trends within the drywall industry
The specific responsibilities shall vary based on business needs. Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: $ 80,000.00- $90,000.00 per annum, based on experience
- Schedule: Monday-Friday in-person and on the road (SD County)
- Time Off: 5 personal and 5 sick days per calendar year, plus 6 major holidays
- Reimbursements: Gasoline for local travel
