Revenue Manager

They are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Revenue Manager to join their finance team and oversee this critical process for the company.

Key Responsibilities of the Revenue Manager:

  • Review contracts for terms and deliverables
    • verify proper entry into system
  • Manage the revenue month end close process
    • prepare reconciliations, journal entries and accruals
    • management reporting, key metrics
  • partner with the Billing Team to ensure proper invoicing and posting customer payments and to ensure proper revenue classification and recognition in accordance with ASC 606
  • Ad hoc projects as needed
  • Review existing policies and procedures and make efficiency improvements where needed.

Qualifications of the Revenue Manager:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required
  • Public accounting experience required, CPA a plus
  • 4-6 years of accounting experience with revenue and financial reporting
  • ERP experience with larger system such as Netsuite, SAP or Oracle
  • organized, detail-oriented person who can work in a fast-paced, high volume environment
  • outgoing personality and able to build relationships easily and collaborate with many departments.
