Retention Senior Associate

About the Role As Cx Retention Senior Associate, you will help create communications and programs to increase retention and engagement of our customers across email, push notifications, and in-app messaging. You will collaborate with all parts of the business to create and execute CRM campaigns that have a direct impact on s growth and revenue goals. This role will support our Occasions workstream which is highly cross-functional and supports vacation & consumer moments. You re excited about this opportunity because you will Manage the setup and monitoring of CRM campaigns for our Occasions workstream within Create email campaigns in Braze Build multiple email campaigns weekly using Taxi for Email template editor and HTML Ensuring up-to-date copy and terms & conditions within Occasions campaigns Test, QA, and schedule emails Identify target audiences via behavioral attributes Manage subscriber entries from Google Forms & in app opt-ins collecting cx feedback, data entry etc Establish a strong working relationship with cross-functional stakeholders in our Product, Operations, Analytics and Strategy teams Stay current on marketing best practices in email, push and SMS and share learnings and insights regularly with the broader marketing team We re excited about you because you have 3+ years experience in CRM or email marketing Deep familiarity with CRM technology including ESPs Braze Required SQL knowledge and/or experience Analytical mindset Attention to detail Strong writer and communicator Knowledge of HTML Basic knowledge of SQL or willingness to learn Comfort with data visualization platforms (e.g. Tableau, Sigma) Knowledge of email industry best practices including contact strategies, targeting and segmentation, A/B testing, and analytics Extremely organized, dependable, self-motivated & ability to multi-task Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience
