We are now offering a Retail Sales Associate position developing sales, business leadership, and retail event planning skills. The main objective of the position is to form new business opportunities following proven processes to prospect business leads and close new accounts through the use of retail event campaigns. Additionally, this individual will focus on helping the organization's development.
Our Retail Sales team is responsible for generating new customers for our clients by generating sales while attending retail events. Your job is critical to our success, therefore we compensate you accordingly. We offer industry-leading commission and performance bonus incentives for all of our Retail Sales Associates.
Retail Sales Associate Responsibilities Will Include:
- Achieve and exceed sales and marketing goals at assigned retail events
- Work cross-functionally with the marketing and sales team to drive sales at scheduled retail events and exceed KPIs
- Effective and efficient event management by building genuine relationships with clients and retail partners
- Retention of existing accounts
- Daily attendance at client or office meetings
- Travel to assigned retail events throughout Philadelphia and the surrounding area
