Retail Merchandising Services (RMS) is actively seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Retail Compliance Assistant. Responsibilities
- Work with employees when needed, to extend projects and modify work schedules
- Conduct weekly audits and provide follow up to all reps who have violated company policies
- Run reports that are shared cross departmentally and ensure accuracy of all reporting
- Work closely with third-party partners, pulling weekly reports and managing the report upload process
- Provide support to a team of Compliance Coordinators and Operations Manager which may include the implementation of new compliance policies
- Answer high volume phone calls and emails in a clear and professional manner
- Qualified candidates will have a minimum of a high school diploma, some post-secondary education preferred
- 1+ years' previous office, or customer service experience
- Previous experience working in retail preferred
- Intermediate/advanced user of Microsoft Office products, with an emphasis on Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong customer service mentality with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be extremely detail oriented, possess outstanding follow-through, and be able to drive results utilizing proactive and effective communication
