This positions require the following qualifications:
- Must have a current Illinois nursing license in good standing
- Must have Rehab experience in a skilled nursing facility
- Should be familiar with all restorative procedures
- Excellent patient care and customer service skills
- Must be able to work in collaboration with the restorative and nursing teams
- Solid work history
