Job Details

We are seeking a Restoration Tech to join our team. As a Restoration Tech, you will be responsible for restoring damaged properties to their pre-loss condition. The ideal candidate will have experience in water damage restoration, materials removal, excess water removal, and mold remediation.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to emergency calls and assess damage to properties
  • Perform water extraction and removal of excess water
  • Set up and monitor drying equipment
  • Remove damaged materials, including drywall, flooring, and insulation
  • Perform mold remediation and sanitation
  • Repair and replace damaged plumbing and electrical systems
  • Communicate with clients and insurance adjusters throughout the restoration process
  • Complete necessary documentation and reports
  • Ensure all work is completed according to industry standards and regulations

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in water damage restoration, plumbing, materials removal, excess water removal, and mold remediation
  • IICRC certification preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols and procedures
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials
