Restoration Project Manager. We are partnered in helping a growing and well-established
restoration construction company find qualified and talented individuals like yourself. They are interested in highly-motivated and proactive individuals to fill their open role of
Restoration Project Manager with extended experience in either
commercial/residential restoration. Candidates must have experience in working within this role or a very similar position.
Requirements:(must have) - Experience: 3+ years of experience in Restoration
- Residential/Commercial Mitigation experience
- Water, Fire and mold experience
- IICRC qualifications preferred but will accept experience
- Ability to oversee staff, projects, and scheduling
- Self sufficient
- Highly-motivated and proactive
- Ability to demonstrate creative problem-solving skills
