Job Description

I am excited to announce that we have partnered with a PREMIER Restoration Construction Company in NY who specializes in water mitigation, mold remediation, along with fire/smoke damage.
With a diverse portfolio and a vast variety of projects, they are rapidly growing and are urgently hiring an experienced Restoration PM/Estimator.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Restoration Construction estimating

• Minimum 2 years of Xactimate experience Required

• Experience in Water Damage and fire Damage

• IICRC (and AMRT, ASD, CCT, OCT, or WRT) Certification huge plus.

• Be creative, a go getter, strong work ethics, and have a positive energy

• Ability to work independently

• Ability to put together a professional estimate

• Organized work flow and math skills

• Very detail oriented

• Ability to understand and create floor plans

• Clean driving record

Responsibilities

• As a Water Damage and Fire Damage Estimator, your main responsibility will be to estimate work of projects for insurance purposes (in office and on site).

• Profitably scope estimates sign projects to get started

• Communicate and document any change orders and insurance supplements

• Ensure project completes within profit range and service level agreements are hit

• Establish a relationship with the customer by securing the job and providing customer service

• Using Xactimate software to estimate residential and commercial water, fire mold and restoration projects

• Analyze labor, material, and time requirements for a project

• Estimate costs by looking at the entire project

• Ability to communicate with the insurance via phone and email

• Work with the sales team to prepare estimates

Pay Structure
  • $55,000 - $75,000 Based on Experience
