The Role

Salary Package: Earn up to $60,000 annually.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age
Preferred: Associate's degree
High school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience
Preferred: 2+ years of restaurant leadership experience
Driving is part of for this role: You must have a valid driver's license with liability insurance, a good driving record (pending a background check)
Proven communication & negotiation skills to motivate your team with leadership skills
Understanding of systems for operations and management: performance review process, budget operations, point of sale, and more
Food Handlers Certification
Food Safety Certification (requirement may vary based on city, county or state)
Requirements

Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
Maintain a standing position throughout the entirety of your shift.
Perform occasional tasks such as reaching, bending, stooping, lifting, shaking, stirring, pouring, carrying, and pushing.
Read orders from tickets, menu boards, receipts, and other documents.
Engage in frequent contact with water, cleaning solutions, meat products, poultry products, seafood, and produce items.
Adhere to regular handwashing practices.
Utilize computers, telephones, and office equipment effectively.
