CMX Cinemas CinéBistro Coastland seeks a Restaurant Manager to join our winning team in providing the ULTIMATE movie going experience to our community.

CMX CinéBistro Coastland is a one-of-a-kind "dinner and a movie" concept offering audiences an elevated movie-going experience with amenities such as reserved seating in cozy, over-sized reclining leather seats, full-service in-theatre dining and the finest audiovisual technology like laser projection and sound enhancements provided by Dolby Atmos.

Enjoy Modern-Rustic New-American Cuisine and a full bar served in an environment like no other. Guests may choose to dine in our restaurant and bar even if not seeing a movie. You can even catch your favorite sports team on our multiple TV screens at our in-house Stone Sports Bar. We also offer traditional movie concessions such as hot, fresh popped popcorn, candies and snacks.

Job Requirements:

Management or supervisory experience in the theater, restaurant, retail, or hospitality, industries; high volume experience preferred
People First mentality and hands-on leadership style
Passion for and commitment to the theater/restaurant industry
Entrepreneurial attitude and approach to thinking required to lead an emerging concept/brand (i.e. sees big picture, embraces critical thinking, quest for continuous improvement, innovative)
Ability to make decisions and take accountability for them, even when there isn't a clear precedent or direction
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate directions and expectations to staff and management and have the sincere desire to build, coach, and develop successful teams
Commitment to fostering an environment of superior guest service and quality; ability to successfully resolve guest service issues
Ability to positively impact the P&L through managing quality standards and cost controls
Basic technical aptitude and computer literacy to include the ability to operate point-of-sale software, scheduling software, MS Word, and MS Excel
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Interest in future Assistant General Manager or General Manager Positions and ability to relocate as needed for upward mobility strongly preferred.
