Opportunity:

Chick-fil-A Loveland has been in business for over 17 years here in Northern Colorado. We are excited to announce the opening of our second location later this Summer in 2024. As we grow, so do the opportunities for leadership on our team. Restaurant Managers are at the focus of everything we do in the restaurant on a daily basis. They are in charge of opening and closing the restaurant including daily operations. We are open 6:30am to 10pm daily and need our candidates to have open availability for this opportunity. Most restaurant manager schedules are 6am to 4pm; 12pm to 9pm; or 2pm to 11pm. We only require one mid and two closing shifts per week with guaranteed Sundays off. We work in a fast paced and high-volume restaurant. We staff for success on our shifts and allow our Restaurant Managers a lot of flexibility within their schedule.We believe in balance and that you should have a life outside of the work place too. We want our leaders to be happy in and out of work. We have amazing retention rates within our team members and leadership ranks versus our competitors. Our restaurant managers are responsible for supporting directors and leading team members in executing daily operations. Their two main areas of focus are serving others and problem solving. They do this by upholding brand standards so that the restaurant runs effectively. They must coach and develop the team members around them while holding others accountable to the brand and restaurant standards. Restaurant managers lead by example and set the tone that will inspire others to follow. Restaurant managers are there to ensure that the restaurant runs smoothly and that the guests expectations are not only met, but exceed.

Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

Must have knowledge of proper food safe systems
Be coachable
Stay humble and open to constructive criticism
Avoid gossip and distractions when on shift
Be flexible with the times you are able to work
Make it a priority to build comradery amongst the team by attending meetings and outings (missing these should be rare)
Demonstrate good character and high integrity to others
Be a good steward of money, resources and time
Embody and educate others on our core values
Help train new team members and develop current team members
Execute the daily game plan
Execute breaks
Execute daily, weekly, and monthly jolt lists
Answer phones calls with proper etiquette
Communicate effectively on all communication platforms
Knowledge of proper team member safety

Qualifications and Requirements:

Able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, mid shifts and Saturdays. Open availability is a must.
Detailed oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing
Self driven, Flexible, and highly energic with strong written and verbal communication skills
Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively
Able to recognize problems, set goals, execute and convert plans into action to solve problems
Must complete all required Chick-fil-A company training programs
Must be ServeSafe Certified within 6months after accepting the position and stay current throughout your time being a restaurant manager.
2+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
Able to lead and manage a team in a fast pace, dynamic environment
Outstanding guest courtesy skills
Must be 18 years of age or older.
