We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Restaurant Manager who will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the restaurant, including teaching, training, and leading staff. This individual must be well-versed in all aspects of floor management and must be ready and willing to jump in and assist in any role at any time. The perfect candidate is someone who aspires to grow with this company, as they are looking for career-oriented managers to join their restaurant family.

Restaurant Manager Requirements

Must have 4-5 years of experience as a Manager in a high-volume restaurant ($5+ Million)
Must have Upscale Casual or Fine Dining background
High-level organizational skills with multi-tasking capabilities
Strong tenures preferred
High attention to detail and follow-through
Dependable, reliable, and highly motivated
Proficiency with POS and reservation systems (Toast, SevenRooms, and OpenTable preferred)

Restaurant Manager Responsibilities

Oversee and ensure all company systems and policies are maintained
Responsible for all controllable costs including labor, food, beverage and supplies
Assisting with any and all floor positions when needed, including but not limited to, bar and expo
Making people feel welcome and comfortable - treat every guest, employee, and vendor with respect
