Restaurant Kitchen Manager Daily Activities
- Supervise and coordinate all culinary activities
- Oversee guest services and resolve issues
- Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
- Train and manage FOH and BOH personnel
- Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant sales needs
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
Restaurant Kitchen Manager Requirements
- Previous experience in the Manager role for at least 2 years
- 4-5 Million in sales experience
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
