Approachable and warm service mentality
Coach, trainer, and mentor mindset
Knowledge of Spanish cuisine and experience with small plates or tapas preferred
Wine and spirit knowledge a plus

Oversee service operations
Recruit, train, and coach the FOH team
Standard administrative and accounting functions
Ensure standards are met at all times
