Respiratory Therapist 1
Graduate of an accredited CoARC (The Commission on Accreditation for Respiratory Care) respiratory care program.
Licensed Respiratory Therapist and eligible to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Eligible to sit for the National Board of Respiratory Care Advanced Practitioner exam (Registered Respiratory Therapist). Certified Respiratory Therapist by the National Board of Respiratory Care.
Basic Life Support from AHA upon start.
Respiratory Therapist 2
Graduate of an accredited CoARC (The Commission on Accreditation for Respiratory Care) respiratory care program.
Licensed Respiratory Therapist and eligible to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Six months in a critical care environment or one or more years of specialized training in advanced diagnostics/pulmonary rehabilitation as a practicing Respiratory Therapist.
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or more than 10 years of experience as a Certified Respiratory Therapist as defined by the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC).
Advanced Certifications (ACLS, PALS or NRP) must be obtain within one year from date of hire.
Basic Life Support from AHA upon start.
Respiratory Therapist 3
Graduate of an accredited CoARC (The Commission on Accreditation for Respiratory Care) respiratory care program.
Licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a Respiratory Therapist
Two years in a critical care environment experience
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT). One of the following (ACLS, PALS or NRP). In addition, must possess one of the following: an additional Advance Certification (ACLS, PALS or NRP) or an Advanced Credential (ACCS, AEC, NPS, RPFT, CPFT or SDS) or a relevant Bachelor's Degree.
Basic Life Support from AHA upon start.
Respiratory Therapist 4
Graduate of an accredited CoARC (The Commission on Accreditation for Respiratory Care) respiratory care program.
Licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a Respiratory Therapist
Five years in a critical care and/or advanced diagnostics experience with multiple age populations.
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT). One of the following (ACLS, PALS or NRP). In addition, must possess one of the following: an additional Advance Certification (ACLS, PALS or NRP) or an Advanced Credential (ACCS, AEC, NPS, RPFT, CPFT or SDS) or a relevant bachelor's degree.
Basic Life Support from AHA upon start.
