Respiratory Therapist

Job Description As a Respiratory Therapist, at Merit Health Madison, you'll play a vital role in doing what you do best-providing quality care to our patients. Requirements: An Associate's degree from an accredited Respiratory Therapy Program is required. A credential of Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT). A Respiratory Therapist License issued by the state of Mississippi. Current Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) are a requirement. (NRP and PALS within 90 days of hire.) Experience in Ventilators, High Flow O2 and BiPaps is a must. Cerner charting experience is a plus. Must possess a positive attitude and good time management skills. About the Job: We are looking for a therapist that has experience working alone at times or is confident enough to do so when asked to. We have a 67 bed facility including : ICU, ER, Med Surg.
