This is the role for you. Job Summary & Highlights + Student Loan Repayment: This position is eligible for Avera's Student Loan Repayment Program, which helps you pay off your loans and save money. Each month an extra payment of $167 (up to $10,000) from Avera will help pay down your principal balance faster. + May be eligible for a $15,000 sign-on bonus with a three-year commitment. + Review patient records. + View chest x-ray to determine presence of or changes in consolidation, atelectasis, pneumothorax, and position of endotracheal tube. + Perform and evaluate beside spirometry , pulmonary mechanics, weaning parameter and peak flows. + Perform ECG recordings and Holter Monitor setup. + Meet competency standards in the performance and evaluation of blood gas sampling and analysis. + Determine appropriate therapy and goals for the identified pathophysiological rate. Education and/or Experience + Graduate from an AMA-accredited educational program for Respiratory Therapy required. + The National Board must recognize the individual for Respiratory Care as a Registered Respiratory Therapist ( RRT ) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) with the equivalent years of experience. + BLS, ACLS, and PALS required or willing to obtain. Pay The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience. + $26.25 - $39.50 per hour What Makes Avera Special?
