We are seeking an additional registered respiratory therapist to join our growing sleep apnea clinic team. In this role, the provider will assist in the planning, development and implementation of respiratory care programs that coordinate high quality, cost-effective care for patients with COPD, asthma, Cystic Fibrosis or sleep apnea. The provider will collaborate with managers, physicians and patient care staff to identify and resolve pulmonary care system issues. The provider will directly facilitate pulmonary care functions that expedite the patients' work-up and follow-up in both the hospitals and clinics. This position will need to have the ability to work independently.

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Respiratory Care, Health Care Administration, related field or equivalent experience preferred. Additional Certified Sleep Disorder Specialist and/or Certified Polysomnographic Technologist is preferred. A current and valid Georgia license of Respiratory Care Practitioner and National Board of Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certificate OR, alternately, Certified Respiratory Technician (CRT) designation with Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) certification is required. BCLS certification is required, as well as a minimum of one (1) year of respiratory care experience in an acute clinical setting.
