Required Education:


• Bachelor's (BS) or Master's (MS) Degree in Food Science or Engineering or relevant scientific degree


Qualifications:


• 4- 6 years of experience with BS in CPG industry (Consumer Packaged Goods Industry)


• Experience with integrated formula and specification management software system (SAP preferred)


Resource & Development Business Process Analyst Responsibilities:


• Lead design for multiple projects and trains and/or mentors other team members, peers and clients as appropriate on global R&D processes


• Investigate & reflect strategic business issues, researching and identifying inventive solutions relevant to R&D business & IT design solutions


• Collaborate with stakeholders and lead business harmonization for specification management


• Assist with R&D specifications requirements for Foods or Bev; raw material, formulas, manufacturing process, packaging and finished products, in a manner that an SAP out-of-the-box system could be leveraged for inter-company global applicability with minimal modifications


• Acts as a liaison with internal groups such as Product Development, Documentation System Administration, Quality, Food Safety, Regulatory, Procurement, Analytical Science, and Microbiology to ensure it meets global requirements for each of them


• Understand key aspects of documentation for traceability of finished goods within the food industry in different markets


• Translate R&D specifications need into IT requirements and ensure IT teams deliver system architecture accordingly. Incorporate specs process and systems efficiencies as much as possible


• Develop and maintains an understanding of the End-to-End relationship from ingredients specs to finished products


• Maintain the integrity of working documents and is responsible for document security due to sensitive and proprietary information
