Job Number: R Resilient Installations Facility Analyst
Key Role: Manage the planning, design, construction, and maintenance of physical infrastructures, and ensure compliance with relevant building codes and safety regulations. Apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts, and contribute to the development of new principles and concepts. Work on unusually complex problems and provide highly innovative solutions. Operate with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision, and mentor or supervise employees in both firm and te chn ical competencies. Basic Qualifications: Experience with design and planning facilities and infrastructure based on mission requirements, budget constraints, and te chn ical specifications
Experience overseeing construction projects, managing schedules and budget s, and ensuring compliance with industry and Air Force compliance, safety, and quality standards
Experience planning and executing maintenance and repair activities, balancing functional, mission, and budget requirements
Knowledge of the Air Force Civil Engineering career field in support of infrastructure sustainment, building infrastructure, emergency response and preparedness, compliance and regulations, and project management
Knowledge of Air Force data platforms and sustainment management systems, including BUILDER, and project management processes, including Lean Six Sigma, PMI, or Agile
Ability to lead teams in the identification of building and space requirements as it relates to critical mission needs and platform requirements
Ability to develop engineering cost estimates and support the development of budget ary requirements
Ability to review construction requirements, validate costs asso cia ted with military construction projects, and communicate and present information and data to executive level clients
Ability to obtain a security clearance Bachelor's degree in a Mechanical Engineering field Additional Qualifications: Knowledge of government policies and procedures
Ability to model data, develop simulations, or model engineering systems
Possession of excellent critical thi nk ing and problem-solving skills, to troubleshoot engineering challenges and needed process improvements
Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a similar field

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $96,700.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
