Residential Worker

Earn $16.58/hour or $18.68/hour with the selection of the Enhanced Pay option.

Position Details

The position provides for the safety and welfare of all consumers in the Residential Program including mental and physical health. The individual carries out direct care responsibilities and participates in and follows the treatment planning process.

Assists in developing and implementing activities and other special projects designed to increase skills in independent and community living, socialization/leisure time.
Builds on strengths to promote positive growth for the consumer.
Engages consumers in appropriate life skills to develop abilities to live as independently as possible.
Accompany consumers on trips outside the facilities for treatment medical or any other appropriate reasons.
