Job Description The
Lead Carpenter will be working with little supervision while following all health and safety standards.
Responsibilities: - Understand and Communicate blueprints, drawings, and sketches
- Take measurements and calculate the size and amount of material needed
- Perform all carpentry duties required, including both rough and finish carpentry
- Adjustments to lumber when necessary
- Inspection for repairs or maintenance
- Maintain accurate records of all work done and more
Compensation Package: - $60,000- $95,000

Requirements: - Updated Resume/ Project List
- Proven and relevant experience
- 5 years minimum of hands-on experience
- Thorough knowledge of carpentry techniques and methods
- Abide by and implement ALL safety procedures
