Residential Land Development Manager Responsibilities:- Oversee the entire land development process, from zoning and entitlements to infrastructure installation and lot delivery-

Collaborate with municipalities, engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget-

Manage the land acquisition process, including evaluating potential properties, conducting feasibility studies, and negotiating purchase agreements-

Develop and maintain relationships with local government officials and community stakeholders-

Provide leadership and guidance to a team of land development professionals

Residential Land Development Manager Essential Job Functions:- Lead the due diligence process for potential land acquisitions, including site visits, environmental assessments, and market analysis-

Prepare budgets, schedules, and timelines for land development projects-

Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including environmental regulations, zoning ordinances, and building codes-

Review and negotiate contracts with consultants, contractors, and vendors- Monitor project progress and facilitate problem-solving and decision-making to keep projects on track skills:-

3-5 years of experience in land development within the residential construction industry-

Strong understanding of zoning, entitlements, and land use regulations-

Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines-

Effective communication and negotiation abilities- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and land development software
