Here is what you will being doing daily:

  • The Job- Serve your neighbors and community by successfully troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing homeowners' HVAC systems.
  • Serve Gladly - Take care of the customer by keeping them informed of the work you are doing, when it will be done, and how it will be accomplished.
  • Problem Solve Skillfully - Diagnose HVAC failures and successfully repair them with customer approval.
  • Work Dependably - Keep company vehicle clean, well maintained, and stocked with the required equipment and inventory for maximum efficiency.
  • Communicate Effectively - Educate the customer on the work that was completed, answer questions, and provide recommendations.
  • Learn Constantly - Attend team meetings and trainings to continually improve skills & technical abilities.

Here is what you will being doing daily:

Requirements:

Who You Are:

  • Ability to complete an accurate and thorough HVAC inspection.
  • Ability to perform all HVAC repairs and replacements to code, any necessary electrical work associated with HVAC, have the ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and explain all problems and options with clients.
  • Must have working knowledge of and ability to be in compliance with all state and federal HVAC codes.
  • Valid UT Driver's license with good driving record
  • Ability to maintain a clean, stocked, and inventoried service van.
  • Professional & well-groomed appearance
  • Ability to work weekends and evenings on rotating basis.

Physical and Mental Requirements:

Must be able to lift and move items of 75 pounds and/or more on regular basis and repetitively lift weights of 40 to 50 pounds on raised surfaces.

Must be able to climb, bend, kneel, crawl and stoop on a frequent basis for extended periods.

Must be able to work in cramped or high places such as attics, ladders, and tunnels.

Must be able to carry heavy items up and down stairs.

Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions including but not limited to extreme heat, rain, snow, or sleet.

Must have mental skills such as critical thinking, problem solving, and a technical vocabulary to understand direction and adhere to established procedures.

Must be willing to adapt well in the face of workplace stressors such as customer service complaints.

Must be able to complete a Job Physical Assessment
