A requirement of employment is to join Denver Pipefitters Local 208 union. Wage rate, healthcare benefits, and retirement are received through Local 208 union. Wages are up to $44.50/hr based on experience/licensure.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As a Residential HVAC Service Technician, you are responsible for identifying, diagnosing, troubleshooting, analyzing, and repairing issues pertaining to Bell's customers' HVAC and boiler systems.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Possess a minimum of 4 years of HVAC and boiler experience
  • EPA Type 2 or Universal
  • Ability to test and repair boilers by operating the system
  • Successfully diagnose, repair and perform routine maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems
  • Operate a variety of hand and power tools to inspect repair, and conduct maintenance on furnaces, condensers, and compressors, ductless mini-splits and hydronic boilers
  • Build client relationships by providing outstanding service through strong communication and customer service skills
  • Educate your clients on their systems and maintenance requirements
  • Identify opportunities for clients to improve their home comfort systems through product overview
  • Document service performed and recommendations made by completing applicable forms, reports, logs and/or records
  • Complete all tasks in accordance with quality and safety standards
