Responsibilities This position is a non-exempt position with responsibility for supports to persons with developmental disabilities residing in residential programs in Philadelphia County. Qualifications Minimum requirement of a High School Diploma/GED with a valid driver's license. Experience should include supports to people with a range of Intellectual Disabilities, including individuals with dual diagnoses and physical disabilities. Familiarity with policies, procedures and regulations toward the abilities of individuals with disabilities preferred. Position requires a positive attitude toward the abilities of the individuals with disabilities, good communication skills and the desire to engage people in activities that meet their interests and broaden their horizons. Ability to work with management, staff, families and funding sources in a respectful and courteous manner. Ability to effectively communicate with staff and person(s) we provide services for.
