Open Sky offers a broad range of mental health services for younger children and adolescents. The Youth Group Care homes provide comprehensive treatment in a group care setting for youth (males and females) who have a history of psychiatric hospitalizations. The goal of the program is to work collaboratively with the youth and family to enhance personal, social, and independent living to prepare for family reunification or a transition to independent living. The program utilizes a Wraparound Philosophy which helps family, support members, and service providers work together to support the family and youth.

Residential Counselors support individuals to live as independently as possible, while providing evidence-based treatment and care, within a group living environment.
