The Residential Construction Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process for residential projects in the Brazos Valley area. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a superintendent in residential construction, a stable job history, and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate all construction activities from groundbreaking to project completion.
Supervise and schedule subcontractors, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines.
Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress, resolve any issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, subcontractors, and internal team members to maintain open lines of communication.
Monitor project budgets, control costs, and ensure materials are ordered and delivered on time.
Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and quality standards on all construction sites.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders.
Provide leadership and mentorship to construction team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Experience:
4-7 years

Qualifications:
Previous experience as a residential construction superintendent required.
Strong understanding of residential construction processes, codes, and regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software.
Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) preferred.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
