Holding an active MHIC license or DLLR license as a plumber or electrician.

Minimum of 3 years of experience leading a team, meeting timelines, budgets, and safety protocols.

Have a general understanding of preventive and ongoing maintenance, a hospitality mindset, and a positive attitude.

Proficient in email communications and MS Office Suite

Foreman POSITION DETAILS & DESCRIPTION:

Our client is a construction development company seeking an experienced foreman to lead a team of subcontractors on rehabilitation and ground-up construction of rowhomes in Baltimore, Maryland.

The Foreman will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the entire project and will report directly to the company owner.

The role will also involve managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans.

Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation.

Supervise and train workers and tradespeople.

Produce schedules and monitor the attendance of workers and subcontractors.

Allocate general and daily responsibilities.

Ensure Client and resources are adequate.

Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met.

Use and supervise the use of machinery and equipment.

Monitor expenditure and ensure it remains within budget.

Report on progress to owner or client on progress.

Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications.
