Residential Associate Director

$1,000/week to start; an additional $30/week upon successful completion of the 90-day introductory period Responsible for supervision of 4-6 residential programs Responsibilities may include providing direct care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities Responsible to promote and support meaningful lifestyles of each individual. Supervisory experience is required Basic computer skills required Must possess a valid drivers license and at least 3 years of good driving experience with your license, and must meet our driver eligibility criteria Requires one of the following: A masters degree or above from an accredited college or university and 1 year work experience working directly with persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities, or A bachelors degree from an accredited college or university and 2 years work experience working directly with persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities, or An associates degree or 60 credit hours from an accredited college or university and 4 years work experience working directly with persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
