Instruct, lead, direct, and monitor work tasks of individuals to ensure quality work. Provide continuous active treatment programs to promote independence. Instruct individuals and shape behaviors in the areas of work, social, and interpersonal behaviors so individuals learn acceptable conduct necessary for successful community integration. Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment for individuals. Complete administrative procedures to enhance the WRC mission. Assist individuals in developing person-centered Individual Support Plans (ISPs). Interact with individuals with sensitivity, dignity, and respect.
