Instruct individuals and shape behaviors in the areas of work, social, and interpersonal behaviors so individuals learn acceptable conduct necessary for successful community integration. Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment for individuals. Complete administrative procedures to enhance the WRC mission. Assist individuals in developing person-centered Individual Support Plans (ISPs). Interact with individuals with sensitivity, dignity, and respect.
