On behalf of a distinguished client, We are seeking a Resident Quality Engineer, specialized in interior trim, to champion quality initiatives and customer satisfaction directly onsite at GM. What You'll Be Doing:

As the frontline ambassador for quality initiatives related to interior trim, you'll ensure a seamless flow of feedback and actions that elevate performance and customer contentment for my prestigious client.

You'll be responsible for upholding safety, environmental protection, and energy management standards, aligning with stringent policies and IATF16949 Management System procedures.

Engage directly with the client as the primary contact for product quality concerns, leveraging your expertise to develop solutions, including on-site training, sorting, and rework activities.

Analyze product reject information, determine responsibility, and implement corrective actions at the client's site to maintain superior quality standards.

Your role will encompass auditing, documentation, and the proactive implementation of corrective measures to continuously improve quality and performance.

What It Takes:

A Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field, or an equivalent mix of education and hands-on experience in the automotive quality sector, particularly with interior trim.

At least 3 years of experience in the automotive industry's quality domain, with comprehensive knowledge of IATF16949 and proficiency in 8-D problem-solving techniques.

Exceptional communication skills in English, with proficiency in MS Office. Additional languages, such as German or Spanish, are advantageous.

You're an analytical thinker with a knack for managing information, troubleshooting, and performing under pressure.
