EF Senior Care is recruiting for an RN or LPN Resident Care Director at The Cordwainer, a beautifully designed all memory carwe assisted living in Norwell. This is a one of a kind community designed with recent dementia research and environmental experience for all 5 senses. We are looking for a candidate for either interim or permanent placement.
RN preferred or LPN with prior AL experience and knowledge of EOEA policies and procedures, as well as experience with COVID protocols. Looking for candidate to participate as member of executive management team to assist with day to day operations as well as census and program development.
Job Description Summary:
Responsible for staffing and managing all licensed and non licensed nursing staff-
Monitors overall quality of resident care, policies and procedures
Responsible for esuring compliance with all EOEA regulations, including COVID compliance
Maintains close contact with all residents and families ongoing
Coordinates assessments for all new move ins with Admissions department
Responsible for medication management for all residents
Participates with all othe department in marketing and sales efforts as needed
Works closely and collaboratively with Executive Director for all other day to day operations of community
